Retail License: Embroidery designs licensed for retail use are
restricted for personal use and sale of stitch-outs only. The
design files
may not be distributed individually or as part of a collection.

Redistribution License: Embroidery designs licensed for
redistribution as part of a collection of embroidery designs are for
personal use by the collection purchaser. These designs may not be
individually sold and may not be used for retail purposes. This
license may not be sublet. Redistribution license pricing varies
per design and can be found listed within the options of each design in the embroidery gallery. Digitizing License:
As built into the cost, embroidery designs created via our custom digitization
services may be used for personal or retail as deemed fit by
the purchaser - excluding digitizing services discounted or purchased through
eBay auction. Discounted and eBay auction based embroidery designs are
restricted to personal and professional stitching use. Redistribution of custom digitized
images is prohibited except by contract with additional fee. Not all
stock designs are available for
Retail or Redistribution licensing.
