Legal Notice
All machine embroidery designs purchased through our embroidery library are licensed according to the license selected at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, designs are provided under a “Personal Use” license by default. Additional license options may be available at the time of purchase.
If you need to upgrade the license for a previously purchased design, please contact us by telephone or email to discuss available licensing options.
“Personal Use” means using the embroidery design to create stitch-outs for your own personal use or as a gift for a friend or family member. Stitch-outs and products containing stitch-outs created from embroidery designs licensed for Personal Use may not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise provided in return for monetary or other value. The underlying embroidery design files may not be shared, distributed, transferred, or made available to any other person.
Custom digitizing services include Personal Use and Retail licenses only. A Redistribution license for custom-digitized designs may be purchased separately for an additional fee.
If you intend to use our designs for retail sales of stitch-outs or products containing stitch-outs, please review our licensing options and select the appropriate license when adding designs to your cart. Please note that not all designs are eligible for Retail or Redistribution licensing. Availability of these licenses varies by design.
Redistribution licenses are no longer available for purchase through our website. Please contact us directly for pricing and availability for designs intended for redistribution.
